Grounds Maintenance & Exterior Cleaning Operative Location: Belfast Job Type: Full-time Driving Licence: Essential Salary: £14 - £15 per hour This is a varied, hands-on role involving window cleaning, power washing and general grounds maintenance across a range of client sites. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and travelling between locations as required. Key Responsibilities Cleaning windows at commercial and residential premises Carrying out power washing of paths, walls, yards and external surfaces Completing general grounds maintenance duties Grass cutting, strimming, weeding and hedge trimming Clearing leaves, litter and other debris Ensuring outdoor areas are clean, tidy and well maintained Safely operating cleaning and grounds maintenance equipment Completing daily jobs to a high standard Following all relevant health and safety procedures Driving company vehicles between sites Essential Criteria A full UK driving licence Previous experience in window cleaning, power washing, grounds maintenance or a similar practical role Comfortable working outdoors and completing physically demanding duties Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Good attention to detail A flexible and hardworking approach Ashton Recruitment is acting as a recruitment Agency
