Key sectors delivered: Luxury High End Residential Refurbishment Commercial & Office Refurbishment New Build Listed Buildings & Heritage Restoration Student Accommodation Leisure & Hotel Projects Premium Interior Fit-Out Role: Senior Project Manager Salary: Up to £120,000 + Package Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety objectives are achieved. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including site management, commercial, design and subcontractor partners, to ensure efficient project execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project performance against programme and financial targets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and quality standards, promoting a positive safety culture across all project activities. Provide leadership, mentoring and support to project teams, driving high performance, continuous improvement and the successful delivery of client expectations
