Revit Modeller – M&E Norwich | 60,000–70,000 + PackageI’m currently working with a highly reputable Tier 1 M&E contractor who are looking to strengthen their design and technical team with the appointment of an experienced Revit Modeller.This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering complex and large scale commercial and industrial projects across the UK.The successful candidate will play a key role in producing and developing high-quality 3D models and coordinated design information across major M&E projects, working closely with design, engineering and project delivery teams.The RoleProducing and developing detailed Revit models for large-scale M&E projectsWorking across mechanical and electrical building services disciplinesSupporting the coordination of services within complex commercial and industrial environmentsCollaborating with engineers, designers, project teams and other stakeholdersIdentifying and resolving clashes through effective model coordinationProducing accurate drawings, layouts and technical informationWorking to project deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy and qualityAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Strong experience using Revit within an M&E / building services environmentExperience working on large-scale commercial, industrial or complex construction projectsA strong understanding of MEP coordination and technical drawing requirementsThe ability to interpret technical design information and develop detailed modelsExperience working within a structured Tier 1 contractor, consultancy or major subcontractor environment would be advantageousStrong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider design and project teamThe OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a major M&E contractor with an excellent order book and a strong pipeline of technically challenging projects.The company offers genuine long-term career opportunities, the chance to work on some of the UK’s largest and most complex commercial and industrial developments, and a highly competitive package.Salary: 60,000–70,000 + packageIf you are an experienced Revit Modeller looking for a new opportunity with a leading M&E contractor, I’d be very keen to hear from you.Please get in touch for a confidential discussion.Tagged as: Mechanical & Electrical
