Quality Inspector - Training Provided - Engineering/Manufacturing - Ipswich, Suffolk. Are you looking to build a long-term career within engineering? This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical or engineering background who is keen to develop their skills across a wide range of inspection and testing processes within a specialist manufacturing environment. If you' have/are about to Graduate with a relevant qualification, this may be the role for you! Key Responsibilities: - Carry out dimensional and visual inspections of engineered components Support hydrostatic pressure testing, liquid penetrant inspection, and magnetic particle testing Assist with calibration of measuring equipment Complete part marking and inspection documentation Raise inspection reports and certification records Identify and report non-conforming products Operate a range of equipment and measuring tools Work closely with quality and production teams to maintain high standards Full training will be provided in: - Engineering drawings and geometrical tolerancing Operation of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) Use of handheld measuring equipment and inspection tools Inspection procedures and testing techniques Quality reporting and certification processes Non-conformance handling and reporting About You: - Technical or engineering background, either academically or through practical experience Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Positive attitude with a desire to develop within an engineering environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer: - Opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering manufacturer Full training and development within specialist processes Long-term career progression opportunities Supportive and team-focused working environment Hands-on role within a high-quality manufacturing facility If you're looking to start or further your career within quality and inspection, apply today. #SUFFOLKPERM
