JOB DESCRIPTION - Cover Supervisor * Supervising classes during teacher absences. * Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects. * Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining an engaging learning environment. * Supporting students to stay focused and complete classwork. * Building confidence in managing groups of young people. * Gaining invaluable school-based experience before progressing into teacher training PERSON SPECIFICATION – Cover Supervisor * Must have a 1st class or 2:1 degree from a reputable University * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Confidence working with young people. * A positive, proactive and professional attitude. * Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.
