The Role – KS2 Teacher
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with Autism
  • Use ABA strategies to support learning, behaviour, and communication

  • Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly

Candidate Specification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with pupils with Autism and/or complex needs
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and Autism-specific strategies
  • Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for inclusive and specialist education
