About the role
A fantastic opportunity has opened for a motivated and design-focused Bids and Marketing Coordinator to join an award-winning architectural and urban design practice with a collaborative and inclusive studio culture. With a background in architecture or urban design, you’ll bring your industry knowledge into a creative, varied role spanning bids, graphics, and marketing.
You’ll work closely with senior staff and project teams to shape compelling submissions, produce engaging visual content, and support a wide range of communications and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and contribute to bid submissions, written content, and supporting materials.
Create high-quality graphics, diagrams, imagery, and design-led collateral for digital and print use.
Support brochures, portfolios, presentations, feasibility studies, and project sheets.
Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, website updates, newsletters, and awards submissions.
Help organise internal and external events and contribute to studio communications.
Maintain accurate bid records and carry out ad-hoc photography and image editing.
About you
Degree or equivalent experience in Architecture or Urban Design, with understanding of the project lifecycle and RIBA work stages.
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging.
Confident visual communicator with an appreciation for architectural imagery.
Skilled in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and proficient in MS Office.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
Experience with social media or e-communications; knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, video editing, or Revit is a plus.
A confident communicator who works well both independently and in teams.
