What you'll be doing:

Supporting students with behavioural challenges
De-escalating situations and keeping students engaged
Running 1:1 mentoring sessions
Working closely with pastoral teams

Experience with behaviour / SEMH / youth work / PRU (ideal)
Strong presence, calm under pressure
