Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:
Carry out a broad range of repairs and maintenance across both occupied and void properties.
Diagnose faults accurately and aim to resolve issues on the first visit, ensuring all work is completed within target timescales and to a high standard.
Undertake testing, surveys and inspections where required, providing clear and detailed reports for pre- and post-work approvals.
Complete all digital work orders accurately and within required timeframes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support and deliver larger or more complex jobs.
Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:
Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
