Freelance Site Manager - Preston

Your New Company A well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across the North West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing kitchen upgrade programme in Preston. Your New Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a kitchen replacement scheme within occupied social housing properties. Working closely with subcontractors, residents, and the wider project team, you will ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
