Pay: £14.58 to £17.50 per hour

Your role as a Residential Support Worker

You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling. Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people
Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way
At least 6 months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years
A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years
