Hire Controller

Hire Controller Bristol £40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training NEOS Engineering are partnered with a well-established and highly respected organisation within the plant and equipment sector who are looking to appoint an ambitious Hire Controller to join their growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working within plant hire, tool hire, powered access, welfare, accommodation or construction equipment rental who is looking for genuine progression into senior leadership or management in the future. The business has an outstanding reputation within the industry, a strong existing customer base and a team-first culture where progression is genuinely encouraged from within. The Role: • Managing incoming hire enquiries from new and existing customers • Coordinating equipment availability, deliveries and collections • Liaising with engineers, drivers and depot staff to ensure smooth operations • Building strong relationships with customers and maximising hire opportunities • Supporting the depot with day-to-day operational duties • Working closely with senior management with a clear progression pathway available The Candidate: • Previous experience as a Hire Controller, Hire Desk Controller, Rental Coordinator or similar • Experience within plant hire, tool hire, powered access, generators, accommodation, welfare or related sectors • Organised, motivated and commercially aware • Strong communication and customer service skills • Someone ambitious who wants long-term progression and development The Package: • Competitive salary • Bonus structure • Career progression into senior or management positions • Stable and growing business • Supportive team environment • Ongoing training and development opportunities If you are interested in the opportunity, apply today with an updated CV or contact NEOS Engineering for more information
