Grounds Maintenance Operative (Temporary Ongoing) Location: Worcester Pay Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience) Hours: * Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 15:30 * Friday: 07:30 – 15:00 We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client’s team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a hands-on role working within a public crematorium environment, maintaining high standards of presentation and care. Key Responsibilities: * General grounds maintenance including: * Lawn mowing * Hedge trimming * Weeding and pruning * Planting and general garden upkeep * Ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy, attractive, and well-maintained * Maintaining the visual appeal and functionality of public spaces * Transporting tools, equipment, and crew to various sites as required * Working respectfully and professionally in a sensitive, public-facing environment Requirements: * Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points) * Towing Licence essential * Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience preferred * DBS check preferred * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions * Professional attitude and ability to work in the public eye * Reliable and team-oriented Additional Information: * Candidates will be required to: * Attend an on-site interview * Pass a company induction and driver assessment using a company vehicle How to Apply: For more information or to apply, please contact: 📞 (phone number removed) Ask for Nikki or Freddie Alternatively, apply directly via CV Library
