Our client is seeking a Service Technician to join their growing team. They are a well-established and leading manufacturer within the medical products sector, with an impressive track record of sustained growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll maintain and service medical equipment based on site at 2 local hospitals, ensuring high standards of care and customer satisfaction.
* Service, repair and clean our clients and competitor products
* Plan daily tasks for maximum efficiency
* Carry out unplanned and PPM and repairs
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Handle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols
* Maintain van stock and complete accurate paperwork
* Support additional duties as required by management
* Participate in the on-call rota
What We’re Looking For
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Manual handling and driving skills
* Emotional resilience when working with vulnerable customers
* Knowledge of medical equipment such as profiling beds and hoists
* Understanding of infection control and inventory management
