Wraparound Childcare Lead

The Role: What does it mean to be a Progressive Wraparound Childcare Lead? As a Wraparound Lead, you will take full ownership of our wraparound setting. This is a highly rewarding role where you will inspire children, manage a small team, and make a real difference in child development. Key Responsibilities: * Lead & Inspire: Run fun, engaging sports, games, and arts & crafts activities within our childcare settings. * Team Leadership: Manage, support, and mentor Activity Leaders to ensure high-quality delivery. * Relationship Building: Maintain outstanding relationships with parents, school staff, and colleagues. * Safety & Compliance: Promote excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards to create a safe, welcoming environment. * Child Development: Empower children to boost their confidence, social skills, and fundamental abilities by encouraging them to explore new interests. What We Are Looking For * Experience: Experience within a wraparound care or childcare setting is desired, but not essential. Full on-the-job training will be provided! * Attributes: Energetic, organized, passionate about child development, and an excellent communicator
