Maintenance Operative – North Northamptonshire Salary - £35,000 Full Time: Monday to Friday 9AM-5:30PM Are you an experienced Maintenance Operative, looking to join at an exciting time of growth? We have a fantastic new service due to open in North Northamptonshire If you are an experienced Maintenance Operative, working in an accommodation-based setting, helping to maintain a great service for those who need us most, this could be the role for you! · Looking for an opportunity to use your skills, experience and commitment to transform the lives of highly vulnerable people · Experienced working with all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance, providing safe accommodation for vulnerable individuals and families What you’ll be doing: · Carry out scheduled work on void properties to bring back up to a high standard and in accordance with the Council’s targets prescribed in the contract · Travelling from property to property within a specific region · Oversee maintenance of common areas · Basic carpentry, including door hanging and changing locks · Painting and decorating, basic plumbing and electrical work Essential: Full UK License & Access To Own Tools
