About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process across a range of high-value opportunities. You’ll be the driving force behind our tender submissions—coordinating stakeholders, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring every bid is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities of this Bid Manager

• Manage the full bid process with a hands-on approach.
• Tailor solutions that clearly show our value.
• Work with Business Development and Marketing to boost propositions.
• Lead bid qualification, governance, and reviews.
• Understand needs and clearly present our solutions.
• Research industries, clients, and opportunities.
• Stay sharp on our services and competitors.
• Coordinate smooth contract closures.
• Keep bid library updated and accessible.
• Align stakeholders throughout the process.
• Follow governance and secure approvals.
• Lead reviews to ensure high-standard submissions.

As a Bid Manager we are looking for:

Proven experience in bid management, ideally within contact centre, outsourcing in the private sector

• Exceptional project management and organisational skills
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
