About:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sales Advisor to join an iconic luxury fashion house within Harrods. Renowned for its bold creativity, exceptional craftsmanship, and strong artistic identity, the brand sits at the intersection of fashion, couture, and art.Its collections celebrate surrealism, sculptural silhouettes, and exquisite handwork, attracting a global clientele who appreciate fashion as a form of artistic expression.
This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with a strong appreciation for couture craftsmanship, artistry, and storytelling. The successful candidate will bring a refined understanding of luxury client service, a strong personal client book, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client experience to a discerning international clientele.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strong clienteling and the development of a loyal client book.
- Present and style collections with confidence, communicating the craftsmanship, creativity, and artistic inspiration behind each piece.
- Proactively drive sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of couture techniques, silhouettes, fabrics, and the creative vision behind the collections.
- Collaborate with the wider boutique team to ensure a seamless and elevated in-store experience.
- Support private appointments, VIP clients, and bespoke requests with professionalism and discretion.
Profile:
- Previous experience within luxury fashion or couture environments, ideally with exposure to made-to-measure or couture collections.
- A strongexisting client book and proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
- A genuine interest in art, design, and fashion as a form of artistic expression.
- Confident styling ability with a refined understanding of luxury clientele expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with an international clientele.
- Highly polished presentation with strong attention to detail.
- Commercially driven while maintaining an authentic passion for luxury fashion.
