Site Manager - Freelance

Rate: £400–£450 per day Payment: CIS or Ltd Company Duration: Up to 12 months Start: ASAP First Task Professional are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Civils Site Manager to join a contractor delivering a major cabling project near Inverness. This is a long-term freelance opportunity, with up to a year's worth of work available for the right person. We're looking for someone from a strong civils background who is comfortable managing operations on a busy infrastructure project. The Role * Day-to-day management of civils works on site * Overseeing subcontractors and site teams * Managing programme, quality and H&S * Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme * Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation What We're Looking For * Previous experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering * Experience on cabling, power or major infrastructure projects highly advantageous * Strong earthworks, drainage, ducting and general civils knowledge * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid * Strong communication and subcontractor-management skills
