The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Tax should have: - Relevant professional qualifications in Accounting or Taxation (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA). - Proven expertise in managing tax compliance and advisory functions. - Strong knowledge of tax regulations, particularly in the Not For Profit sector. - Experience in liaising with tax authorities and external advisors. - Exceptional organisational and leadership skills. - Proficiency in analysing and interpreting complex financial information. - A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
