Job Title: Site Manager Location: Derby Rate: £250 - £270 per day 8 week project We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a a fast track 8 week project. The project will be managing an extension and fit out. Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates - Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades Excellent communication and organisational skillsIf you're available and interested, please apply today or contact us for further information.
