Childcare Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a respected law firm, based in Reading, which is seeking a Childcare Solicitor with 2 or more years' PQE to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in publicly funded childcare work who is passionate about supporting clients through complex and sensitive legal matters.   Role: Childcare Solicitor Location: Reading Salary: £40,000 - £60,000   The Role: Manage a diverse caseload of childcare matters, including care proceedings, from start to completion. Undertake advocacy where appropriate. Supervise paralegals and support effective case management. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.The Ideal Candidate: 2 or more years' PQE in Child Care law as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
