The Role

You will join a highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team and take on a meaningful role within a nationally recognised practice, running matters with increasing autonomy whilst working closely alongside leading partners on the most complex and high profile instructions.

Work spans landlord and tenant disputes, lease disputes, development disputes, property related contractual claims, dilapidations, rights of way, restrictive covenants and a broad range of other contentious real estate matters.

The team acts for major commercial landlords, occupiers, developers, investors and businesses, giving you exposure to clients and disputes typically associated with much larger City practices. xwzovoh
