My Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Manager with strong experience in the Agricultural Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to understand service requirements and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Organise and allocate workshop jobs to maximise efficiency, matching work to technician skill levels.
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Check completed work for accuracy in parts and labour, ensuring correct and timely invoicing.
- Supervise and support technicians, assisting with training and development in coordination with management.
- Maintain professional relationships with John Deere and other manufacturers, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
- Assist with hiring, training, and retaining skilled workshop staff.
