From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.We are currently looking for an Managing Quantity Surveyor, who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance. As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will:Produce robust, accurate estimates aligned to scope, with clear consideration of risks and opportunities.Lead and support commercial and procurement strategies with Senior Buyers, ensuring tender processes are managed correctly and efficiently.Prepare clear, accurate subcontracts that fully reflect the agreed scope and commercial requirements.Manage subcontracts in line with contract obligations, including payments, compensation events, programme submissions, and timely communications.Deliver accurate live forecasting aligned to the project programme, with clear reporting against the relevant WBS/CBS structures.What you'll bring to the role:Degree or HNC qualified, or equivalent professional experience.Professionally qualified, or working towards accreditation, with RICS, CIOB, or CICES.Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Strong contract administration expertise, with solid working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts.Experienced in managing change effectively, with the ability to protect commercial outcomes and drive project performance.What we offer: * 24/7 digital GP service for you and your family  * Financial wellbeing and employee assistance  * Professional development  * Enhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave)  Inclusion and Diversity  We thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
