Job Description /n About Lime Trees Care Home /n Lime Trees Care Home is a 66 bed care home located in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Providing residential and dementia care, the home offers a warm and welcoming environment where a dedicated team supports Residents to live well and maintain their independence. With a focus on person centred care and meaningful experiences, Lime Trees is a rewarding place to work for those passionate about making a positive difference every day. /n Senior Care Assistant Contract /n /n - £14.35 - £14.95 per hour /n - Contracted to 38.5 hours per week /n - Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided /n - 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) /n - Working a 3x on & 3x off rota over a seven day week /n /n Role Overview /n As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents. /n You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate. /n You will maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
