We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Forfar.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims accurately, liaising with manufacturers, and ensuring all warranty procedures are completed in line with company and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all warranty documentation is complete and compliant.
• Liaise with manufacturers regarding claim approvals and queries.
• Monitor outstanding warranty claims and follow up where necessary.
• Work closely with the service and parts departments to resolve warranty issues.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Assist in achieving departmental performance targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and systems.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
