We’re now looking for a passionate and detail-focused Quality Assurance / Food Safety Technician to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our products are known for.

Working closely with our Production and Engineering teams, you’ll have a strong presence on the factory floor, monitoring compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting teams to resolve quality and food safety issues effectively.

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out raw material and packaging intake checks, ensuring everything meets specification.
• Performing routine quality, temperature, product and taste panel checks throughout production.
• Conducting and supporting microbiological, physical, chemical and allergen testing.
• Managing laboratory samples, results and Certificates of Analysis.
• Identifying, recording and escalating non-conformances and food safety or quality concerns.
• Reviewing held stock and contributing to Problem Stock Meetings.
• Championing GMP and continuous improvement across the factory.
• Supporting and educating colleagues to strengthen our Food Safety & Quality Culture.
• Maintaining accurate logs, records, documentation and quality systems.
• Providing general support and cover across the QA team when required.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and passionate about quality, with the confidence to work closely with production teams and challenge standards when necessary.
