Logistics Coordinator – Temporary Contract (3 Months) 📍 Location: [Insert Location] Pay Rate: £18 – £22 per hour PAYE Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics team on a 3-month temporary contract with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong logistics, customs, and document control experience who thrives in a detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and filing logistics and shipping documentation Managing invoicing and shipment scheduling Coordinating with 4PL providers and international hubs Handling import and export customs documentation Monitoring and communicating compliance and customs regulation changes Carrier coordination and shipment tracking Maintaining accurate document control processes Updating and managing data within ERP systems Producing and analysing reports using ExcelRequirements: Previous experience within logistics coordination or supply chain operations Strong knowledge of import/export customs documentation Experience working with ERP systems Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong data accuracy and analytical skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Experience working with international stakeholders and carriersIf you are available immediately and have the required logistics and customs experience, we would love to hear from you
