As a Senior Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education while supporting and role-modelling best practice across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Support the implementation of a child-centred curriculum
- Identify and maximise learning opportunities throughout the day
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families
- Act as a role model within the team, supporting others to deliver outstanding practice
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and wellbeing are maintained
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience working across all Early Years age groups
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for child development and outdoor learning
