Job Description Corporate Solicitor (NQ-2) – Edinburgh A well-established Scottish firm is looking to appoint a corporate Solicitor (NQ-2) to join its team in Edinburgh.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify in 2026, or a Solicitor with some corporate experience, to join a supportive team handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Commercial contracts Company law advisory matters The role will also involve legal research, drafting legal documentation and assisting with business development activity.
