Sales Representative

Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client, a leading travel insurance company voted #1 for customer care based in Southend-On-Sea. You will be required to handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries. This role is office based and would involve working 1 weekend a month and is perfect for a target driven individual. Benefits and Package for a Sales Representative: Salary: £25,500 per annum, average OTE £35,000 Hours: 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day Hours between: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 8pm 1 in 4 weekends (either a Saturday or Sunday) Contract Type: Permanent Location: Southend-On-Sea Uncapped commissions paid monthly Free parking in the surrounding areas Additional leave Company events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Employee discount Life insurance Referral programme Sick pay Transport links Progression opportunities throughout the business, across all sites and departmentsThe training period will span over 6 months where you will earn £250 training bonus per month. After the training period has completed, the normal commission structure will commence. During the first 4 weeks of training, you will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
