Key Responsibilities Lead major pre-construction and construction projects Oversee commercial performance and project delivery Manage client relationships and internal teams Drive programme performance, quality, and compliance Support business growth and operational development Requirements Experience delivering large-scale construction projects Strong leadership and commercial capability Able to spearhead projects from pre-construction through to delivery Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Experience managing teams within fast-paced construction environments The successful individual will be someone who takes full ownership and accountability, thrives under pressure, and can lead from the front within a fast-paced construction environment.
They will understand the wider commercial picture, balancing operational delivery, client expectations, programme management, and profitability.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan ahead, make commercially sound decisions, and drive performance across both projects and people.
Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams are essential.
