Contract Manager - Building Services / HVACR / Electrical - Up to 60k + Package We are recruiting for a Building Services organisation who are looking for a Contract / Operations Manager to lead a team of about 25 engineers who are static and based across various sites across the North of the UK, to help grow the teams, take ownership of the processes and systems which are a key component of this role. This role requires someone with experience of managing regionally and building the service they offer to their clients. Someone used to being out there and account managing and being the client's point of contact. This role is working from home and requires someone with the flexibility to travel a few days a week to visit sites and if required stay overnight maybe once a month. This manager's role is covering a national contract, one year into a five year contract Contract Operations Manager - Package •Salary up to £60,000 •Car Allowance •Pension •Healthcare Service Operations Manager - Requirements •HVACR or Electrical knowledge - Essential •NVQ level 2 or above - Essential •Full Driving License - Desirable •CRB Checked - Essential •IT Skills and Report Writing - Essential This would suit someone who has worked within HVACR, M&E, Construction, Building Services. Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or within other applicable industries.
