Job Title: SEND Engagement & Behaviour Specialist Area: Rochdale, Greater Manchester Start Date: Monday 21st September 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay Rate: £550 - £750 per week (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, Term time About the School: We're working with a specialist SEND school in Rochdale that supports young people aged 11-19 with a wide range of complex special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and complex communication needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist provision, helping learners build the communication, social and life skills they need to thrive. About the Role: As a SEND Engagement & Behaviour Specialist, you'll support learners with complex learning needs, working within a person-centred, holistic approach rather than a traditional curriculum. You'll build consistent, trusted relationships with your learners, adapting your communication to support their needs, and helping them develop confidence, independence and life skills day to day.
