What youll be doing

As a Production Operator, youll play a vital role in keeping our production lines running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment in line with site standards
• Monitoring product quality and carrying out basic checks
• Supporting changeovers, setups, and routine cleaning
• Following health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
• Working as part of a shift team to meet daily production targets

Full training will be provided, and youll be supported by experienced colleagues and supervisors

What were looking for

Were looking for reliable, safetyfocused individuals who take pride in their work. Ideally, youll have:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or a fastpaced environment (desirable, not essential)
• A positive attitude and strong teamworking skills
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work either AM or PM shifts
