Interim Service Manager for IRO/CP/LADO

Looking for an interim Service Manager for Independent Reviewing Officer/Child Protection/Local Authority Designating Officer.

About the Role

North London! Must be on site 2-3 days per week. Candidates must be highly experienced in this service area and working for good local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Independent Reviewing Officer service.
• Ensure compliance with child protection policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and support to the team.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in social work or related field.
• Experience in a similar role within local authorities.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of child protection legislation.
