Our client is undertaking a major transformation across its Product and Service Domain, including the development of six strategic service lines. They are looking for an experienced SC-cleared Service Designer to support a 10-12 week Discovery phase engagement.
The successful candidate will help map complex end-to-end journeys, identify service improvements, and design seamless experiences across people, processes, systems, and data. This role will operate at a strategic level, contributing to enterprise-wide service transformation within a multidisciplinary delivery team.

Requirements

Active SC Clearance
Strong experience working within GDS frameworks
Expertise in service design techniques and journey mapping
Experience mapping interactions across users, systems, data, and operational processes
Ability to identify opportunities for service and organisational improvement
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strategic service design experience beyond individual service redesign
