- 5pm Clinical leadership | Hybrid flexibility | Community-based impact | Clear progression A leading, nurse-led provider is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead to support the delivery of high-quality care to children with complex needs across North West London.

As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , you will take ownership of clinical oversight across a portfolio of paediatric packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care in the community.

You will work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting the ongoing development of clinical staff.

Package and Benefits Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working with 2 days from home 33 days annual leave Private pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Company mobile phone and laptop Clear progression into senior clinical or regional leadership roles Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight of paediatric community care packages Complete assessments, develop care plans, and conduct regular reviews Deliver training, competency assessments, and clinical supervision Build strong relationships with families, MDTs, and commissioners Maintain high standards of clinical governance and care delivery Requirements Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with active NMC PIN Minimum 3 years UK experience in paediatric or community complex care Leadership or supervisory experience within a clinical setting Recent experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation Strong organisational and communication skills Full UK driving licence This Paediatric Clinical Lead role is ideal for a clinically strong paediatric nurse who enjoys autonomy, community-based working, and leading high-quality care delivery.
