Mechanical Estimator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established M&E contractor based in Dartford. The business is continuing to grow and has a strong pipeline of work across commercial fit-out, residential and shell & core projects, creating an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within a dynamic team. The Role: * Preparing detailed mechanical estimates from first principles * Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents * Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing * Supporting the pre-construction team on bids and tenders * Working closely with commercial and operational teams Requirements: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within M&E / Building Services * Strong knowledge of mechanical packages and market rates * Experience across commercial or residential projects * Good communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer: * £60,000–£75,000 basic salary * Car allowance / package * Clear progression within a growing pre-con team * Exposure to a variety of high-value projects If you’re a Mechanical Estimator looking for your next move, please apply or get in touch for a confidential discussion
