Job Title: Passive Fire Protection Senior Estimator Location: London (Office-based) We are working with a specialist fire protection contractor who are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing and tendering for major passive fire protection projects across London. This is a key strategic role offering the chance to shape commercial outcomes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business growth in a thriving sector. Develop detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project proposals Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather accurate pricing and technical data Ensure all proposals comply with relevant fire safety regulations and industry standards Conduct risk assessments and identify potential commercial opportunities Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the ongoing development of the estimating team 3+ years of experience in the Fire Protection Industry ~ Strong understanding of estimating, tendering, and cost planning ~ Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management ~ IFE Level 2 or 3 in Passive Fire (Desirable) ~ Opportunity to join a respected fire protection specialist with a strong pipeline of work Office-based role with collaborative team culture Clear career progression and support from senior leadership
