Project Manager

Cadence search are in partnership with this specialist consultancy in seeking a new Project Manager for their construction team. The business which specialises in house extensions has shown significant growth over the last few years with projects all over the London area, 30 of which are currently at various stages of production.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for anywhere between 5 to 10 live projects at anyone time and be responsible for making sure all contractual works are carried out to the specific detail of the design drawings while also making sure the project is delivered within budget and the timescales set out.

Ideally you will come from an architectural background as experience of being able to read drawings and designs and bringing them to life, set out in the correct manner is a must. You must also be knowledgeable in dealing and managing contractors and be well versed in client facing meetings.
