Key Responsibilities Operate an Eterna die-cut flatbed machine safely and efficiently. Complete regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards. Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting as part of the production process. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area. Follow all health and safety procedures. Work with the wider team to achieve daily production targets. What We're Looking For A strong willingness to learn machine operation and follow instructions. Good attention to detail and a positive attitude. Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular heavy lifting. Previous machine-operating experience would be helpful but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
