Candidate Profile
- City & Guilds Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) as a minimum
- IMI Level 3 Electric/Hybrid Vehicle maintenance preferable
- Multi-disciplined capability
- mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Background in field service and engineering
- Diesel/Electric PSV experience preferable
- Excellent diagnostic capabilities
- Good IT skills
- Experience with relevant industry diagnostic software programs
- Full UK driving license Key Tasks
- Field Service support for all commercial vehicle products
- Diesel, Electric and Hybrid
- Carry out diagnostic and repairs at customer and third-party sites
- Carry out major unit replacements including transmissions, e-motors, inverters, etc.

- Support new product introductions
- Provide root cause analysis where required
- Support product specialists and development teams with
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and their representatives
- Liaise with Management, H&S and project teams on any issues arising in the day-to-day business
- Work with customers xwzovoh to minimise downtime of assets
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintain company vehicle in line with company policy
- Monitor and control stock levels within individual depot/van
- May need to work unsociable hours to meet business needs
- May need to work reasonable additional hours to meet business needs
- Undertake product specific training when requested
- Carry out any reasonable task or request that is consistent with the overall scope of the role
