Highway Engineer

Highway Engineer London 3-month contract, extension likely £300 per day Are you an experienced Highway Engineer looking for a new challenge? An opportunity has arisen for a Highway Engineer with a broad background across highways services to join a busy client in London.   This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £300 per day.   Key Responsibilities: ·Identify, develop and implement schemes, works and projects in relation to the maintenance and / or development of the infrastructure ·Evaluating proposals for prioritisation within the overall programme of works and producing designs and specifications for implementation ·Work independently and manage their own workload ·Engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership teams and Councillors within a local government environment ·Lead on the design, delivery, and site supervision of both minor and major highway projects   A full, detailed job description is available on request.   About You: Previous experience in Highways is essential for this role.   Carrington West are also looking for Engineers & Project Managers with similar backgrounds across the South of UK - please get in touch to find out more.   In order to be considered within the first round of applicants please apply with updated CV, emailing (url removed).
