Cost Management Director

Position: Quantity Surveyor / QS Salary:Salary negotiable (depending on experience) Due to continued expansion, GEM Interior Contracts Ltd are seeking to bolster their Commercial team with the appointment of a project Quantity Surveyor / QS, to work on a range of Interior Fit Out projects across UK and Ireland. Applicants will ideally possess a third level qualification, with a sound knowledge of the industry sector, and have a minimum of 1-2 years post graduation experience. The Role: Cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration. Dealing with Subcontractor packages Working knowledge of project cost control and financial reporting. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
