They are looking for someone with experience of working on Building Services small works and medium installation projects and repairs.

Building Services / M&E Estimating
Pricing and costing of Materials
Liaising with on-site teams to make sure work completed
Reporting and paperwork

Estimating or QS Experience
Small works and Medium projects pricing experience
RICS Qualified
Full Driving Licence
Good IT skills

Salary upto £70,000
