Regional Engineering Manager Building Services Covering South Sites £60K Company car/ allowance An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee M&E engineering operations across a national portfolio of commercial sites.

This role will provide technical support, ensure compliance, and drive high standards of service delivery across multiple contracts.

Key Duties Provide technical leadership for mechanical and electrical services.

Support site teams with compliance, maintenance, and engineering standards.

Review RAMS, permits, and critical engineering documentation.

Assist with client meetings, technical issues, and operational improvements.

Oversee critical works including shutdowns and switching activities.

Support engineer training, development, and performance.

Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and service delivery.

Requirements Strong Building Services engineering background (mechanical or electrical bias).

HNC/HND or Degree qualified in Engineering or Building Services.

Experience in a senior engineering or technical management role.

Good knowledge of statutory compliance and M&E maintenance.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. xwzovoh

Experience across multi-site contracts preferred.
