The Role As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care while supporting care teams and ensuring the smooth running of shifts.
Your duties may include: Leading and supporting Care Assistants on shift Administering and recording medication Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities Completing care records and handover documentation Supporting service users with dignity, respect, and independence Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing Liaising with healthcare professionals, relatives, and management teams Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures are followed at all times What We Are Looking For Previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant Experience with medication administration Strong leadership and communication skills A caring, professional, and reliable approach Enhanced Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Up-to-date mandatory training certificates preferred Why Join Staff One?
