Join our London team and take your structural engineering career to the next level on high-profile projects across the UK and beyond.Purpose & Scope of the RoleAs a Structural Engineer, you will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, contributing to the design and analysis of structures across a range of materials in line with Eurocodes and British Standards. Working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in delivering projects to programme and budget, while maintaining high standards of technical excellence and quality assurance. By working collaboratively and taking ownership of your deliverables, you will contribute to the successful delivery of major projects while continuing to develop your professional expertise.Core CapabilitiesTechnical ExpertiseExperience in structural design across multiple materials using Eurocodes and British StandardsStrong understanding of engineering principles within a consultancy environmentDesign & Digital ProficiencyProficient in structural design tools such as TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, SCIA and RevitConfident using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for design coordination and reportingProject Delivery & AccountabilityAbility to manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and budgetsTakes ownership of work, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stageCommunication & CollaborationStrong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, architects and multidisciplinary teamsCollaborative approach across both local and wider national/international teamsProfessionalism & Continuous DevelopmentCommitted to CPD and progressing towards (or holding) Chartered statusPromotes high standards of health, safety and technical excellenceSkills, Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng), with experience in a consultancy environment. Working towards or nearing Chartered Engineer status is preferred.
